Prolific Shoplifter Charged

Good afternoon,

On, 09/08/2026, Safer Neighbourhood Officers Successfully detained a prolific shoplifter who had been repeatedly targeting Sainsbury's on Baker Street and other businesses on  Lancaster Road.

The individual was also in breach of his Criminal Behaviour Order. He has now been formally charged.

This results removes a persistent offender from our local shops and supports ongoing efforts to keep our neighbourhood safer and protect local businesses.
